Welcome to CourtQR! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CourtQR mobile application and web services (collectively, the "Service") operated by CourtQR ("us," "we," or "our"). 2. Description of Service

CourtQR is a social platform designed for pickleball players to:

• Find and check in to pickleball courts
• Connect with other players in their area
• Track their playing activity and progress
• Join groups and participate in community events
• Share their pickleball experiences

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems

5.3 Content Guidelines

All content must be appropriate and relevant to pickleball and the CourtQR community. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Court Check-ins and Location Services

7.1 Location Accuracy

When checking in to courts, you agree to provide accurate location information. Misuse of check-in features may result in account restrictions.

7.2 Court Information

We strive to provide accurate court information, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, or condition of courts listed in the Service. Users are responsible for verifying court details independently.

8. Social Features

8.1 Friend Connections

Our social features allow you to connect with other players. You are responsible for your interactions with other users and should exercise caution when meeting people in person.

8.2 Groups and Events

Group activities and events are organized by users. CourtQR is not responsible for the conduct of group organizers or participants, or for any activities that occur outside the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CourtQR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9.3 Physical Activity

Pickleball and other physical activities carry inherent risks. You participate in these activities at your own risk and acknowledge that CourtQR is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CourtQR and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law
